Called at 9AM Thursday when they opened to cancel appt for Friday at 8:15AM. Since they open at 8AM Friday I was only able to provide 23 hours 15 mins notice and they chose to charge me to cancel. This is a horrible way to treat a repeat patient. They change their hours daily and I get screwed because I can't reach them within 24 hours? The way the billings person acted, I am sure if I called 23hours 59 minutes prior, they would have done the same! I guess this is how they survive in business.
Take this as a lesson and find another provider.

Dr Ford is knowledgable, confident, caring, efficient and professional. Her staff is wonderful. The office runs like a well oiled machine without losing its connection to the patient. I've been treated there for a number of years and my opinion hasn't changed. I would highly recommend her.
