Their staff is very friendly and professional. During my appointment, they left me alone for a very long time. I felt very ignored almost the entire time I was there. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong, blaming my problems on the Cardiologist for many months. No plan of treatment. As I passed the stress test, as well as many other cardiac related tests, Dr. Smith's boss stepped in (wonderful doctor by the way), and noted a mass in my lung which is now being treated within 2 days. In 5 months, Dr. Smith had provided no recovery plan, and I had to return to the ER on many occasions, even with a pleural effusion. As a covering Dr., Dr. Smith does not visit patients, or follow the care plan created by his boss. He also participated in phone interviews while I was being treated. This is a well respected, talented, and trusted group. I would advise my friends to visit now that Dr. Smith is leaving.
