They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Their office is organized and clean. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The doctor always remembers all in our family by name even if it's been months since our last appointment. Doctor is very competent and pleasant. Very importantly for us, the Doctor always returns phone calls, when we have questions or general concerns.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
