Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. The waiting room here is ok.. Sometimes the waiting time can go over 20 miutes and another half an hour during the physical check ups....Thats the only thing they need to improve on. Both Drs, Shankar and Saif are very nice to talk to and do all the check ups without hurrying up. I also kow that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away as they have some emergency appointments and also advise us on the phone if needed. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Not really, it wasn't very clean
