Actually I have a pretty positive review to write about Dr Estevez, however I disagree with the bulk comments, perhaps entered by the doctors staff, hence my low rating to depict the overall experience.

The Doctor -
Friendly and easy to talk to. He is not a specialist, so don't expect him to know everything, however as a family doctor, he does a good job and will easily refer you to a specialist.

Staff -
Let me start with his nurse since she is so friendly and really nice. She always has a smile and asks about other family members. She normally checks the BP, weight etc, and is great.

Receptionist - (Beth). Sorry, I don't have anything positive to say about her. Sometimes you come across staff members in a doctors office who will want you to go through all the red tape processes as that makes them feel more empowered. Besides she doesn't know how the online system to collect reports works. She has written all user Ids and passwords in the office which can be seen while submitting the co-pay.

Wait time: Not happy with this. I live very close to the office and though I tell the receptionist that I can be there in 5 minutes, she makes me come early and I usually end up waiting for an hour before seeing the doctor. I would much rather have gone in later, but the receptionist doesn't realize that everyone's time is important.
