I have been a patient for 15 years. Excellent doctor. I am now looking for a new doctor due to office staff mistake and refusal of doctor to correct it. The doctor prescribed my medication for generic brand for 90 day's at a cost to me for $20.00. The staff faxed in the script for generic brand but for 30 day's. I caught the mistake on line, called the office and they faxed the correction changing to 90 day's but mistakenly put Brand name required. This now changed my cost to $94.00 for the same pills. My insurance company does not have a generic pill for this particular med. so that if you order the generic you pay the generic price but get the brand pill. I was billed the $94.00 on my credit card. I called the office, explained what happened and the person I spoke to admitted a mistake had been made and she said she would discuss it with the doctor and would call me back. When I didn't get a return call in a week I recalled, spoke to the office manager who again acknowledged the error and said she would discuss with the doctor as she had to authorize the correction. Again no return call as promised so I called again the following week. This time the doctor took my call and advised me that they would under no circumstances lay out money in this case regardless of who was at fault. That $ 74.00 difference amounts to about 8% of a monthly social security payment to my family which the office was made aware of.

This Dr Know -love his practice like Worship.
Her diagnosis and treatment with lots of love.We feel like our family person.Each steps explained well, Controlled Diabetic and striking to improve.Its blessing to have Dr like her.We recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Very unprofessional staff.I had to keep calling them to refill my prescription.Inspite of all the call they still did not process my prescription request.this was an emergency as I was traveling for few week and was running low on my medication.The wait time is always more than 1 hour.Very inefficient system.will not recommend this dr to anyone.
