The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs.

I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The doctor is not knowledgeable, now does she want to listen to her patients. She cut me off every time I asked a question and I was rushed out of the office.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. She sucked
