The doctor is rude and doesn't care what you have to say! He made me come in so many times for the same thing and charged me a copay every visit! He then proceeded to try and charge me for a pair of contact lenses that were samples!!! All he cares about is making money! Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

I went for my first visit last week. I'm new to the area and needed an eye doctor and he was in my vision plan. The office was clean and organized and I didn't have to wait beyond my appointment. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. After that, there was not an ounce of friendliness or pleasantness from the woman who did my initial exam or from the doctor. The doctor was rude and abrupt. It was clear that when I spoke, he didn't listen to me he just rambled right over me. I have a follow up appointment that I'm cancelling. I will not go back; he's not the only eye doctor in town or in my plan and I'm not going to tolerate a rude, arrogant doctor, especially not from an EYE doctor.

No. It took me several times to get through.
