Although Dr.Ricketti is a fine doctor, his office manager ruins the entire practice. I would NEVER recommend this practice because of his office manager. The woman's name is Kim and she is vile. Not only is she rude and impatient on the phone, she is even more vulgar in person. She was extremely rude to my mother (70 years old) and I. While waiting in the waiting room, I heard her speak poorly of other employees in the practice as well. I will not be returning.

Never made it to office! After overhearing my telephone conversation with office personal, hanging up almost in tears, my husband refused to take me to their office. Called for emergency appointment, was told to call insurance company for approval before they would even talk to me, wanted name and approval from insurance! I hung up and called insurance co but was closed on Saturday, I then called back office to be told insurance companies were closed on saturdays! Why was I told to call then?
Then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to be seen I would have to pay first $250.00 and up. I explained I had the best UnitedHealthcare policy offered for over 25 years and never had a problem and never had to pay up front! I explained that I worked for a doctor and never heard of this if you accepted my insurance! The office manager then picked up and screamed at me that her office did things the right way and she was tired of people not paying their bills! I then said I was in very bad pain after my fall and would pay, to be told at 10:00 that they closed at 12 and where did I live and how far away? My husband said about 20 minutes, she then said very nasty that she expected me there at exactly 10:20! I then proceeded to ask her why she was being so nasty and yelling at me when I was talking very nice to her! My husband said it sounded like they just wanted to go home and not be bothered! If this is the way the office staff treats new patients on the phone, I don't know how they get any! Well I wasn't going to find out how patients were treated once they got to office! I then received a call back from another doctor and was told to come in and couldn't believe how nice Dr. Vincent Delle Grotti, DPM in New Egypt and his staff was!

I'm planning on going back to this provider because of the friendly staff, the complete care and information given to me on a nail fungus that was considered "mold" related in etiology - It has come back and I know this doctor will help me to rid myself of it.

Incompetent. My procedure resulted in permanent malformation of my foot and permanent and significant nerve damage. Failed to provide promised level of care. Not interesting in patient wellness other than as "paying customers" . Partners with drug/equipment reps. to his advantage, not as a means of providing care to patients. Continuously tried to sell me unneeded items, stating that they were critical to my recovery, which they were not. Assured me that they were covered by my insurance, which they were not. Is currently under review by New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners.
