The staff of the office was extremely helpful in determining and explaining my benefits. Dr. Daniels took the time to fully explain my condition which several other doctors simply threw me medications without discussion. The office is friendly making me feel very comfortable.

I have ongoing issues with my eyes, and so need to visit the practice frequently. The entire staff, from doctors to receptionists, are always helpful, and have taken great care of my eyes over the past 10+ years. I've also had occasion to contact them for emergencies, and they are also responsive under those circumstances.

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They talk about service, but the staff were just rude. I was contacted by one of the staff member when they left a message on my answering machine at home. After a couple of minutes I stopped listening as they went on a tirade. I would NEVER use Hopewell Lambertville Eye Associates ever again.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
