I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.I've visited and asked a lot of questions, and bot answers. The chairs were averageand in the room and it was a business not a country club. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing thea treatment plan.
If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. The receptionist Michelle is the worst, she is unorganized, unprofessional and really is the reason this facility gets such a bad reputation.
