Dr. Phillips is a wonderful doctor. He delivered my son almost 28 years ago, and I still remember his serious concern about an issue I had with my blood pressure. Dr. Phillips is a truly caring and concerned doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I remain a patient of his for more than 30 years. Dr. Phillips certainly rates 5 stars as an OB/GYN!!!
