The staff is very efficient and the office seems to have the latest equipment for assessing the eyes. The wait time is minimal. Dr. Putnam is very thorough, however, I initially felt that he was talking down to me as if I were a 5 year old. After asking several questions, he realized that he did not have to talk down to me. He was not in a rush to leave the exam room and he answered my questions thoroughly and completely. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Putnam as I feel he is a very good doctor.
