Dr Pare is very knowledgeable, caring and gentle, something very important when you have arthritis. She listens to what I have to say and answers my questions to my satisfaction. Her care has helped me a lot along the bumpy road of arthritis.
Her phone staff on the other hand are impossible to work with. Getting through to a human is almost impossible, even though they say the check their messages every 10 minutes. I've called 6 times over 4 days and still have gotten no response.

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was easy to get an appointment with them but as they have two locations, you have to make sure you know at which one your appointment is.. Usually I didn't have to wait at all. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
