They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, the were rude on the phone and when I tried to speak with them they were even more RUDE! Less then a week later the phone issue was brought up again but everytime I tried to answer them they all spoke over me and said I was speaking over them. I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional staff that were so willing to go above and beyond to blame their faults on a patient rather then take responsibility for their actions. To even go as far as lying about things. We loved seeing DR. McGraw but after this past week I quickly changed providers. The rude unprofessional staff makes it not worth seeing him, having to deal with high school drama should not play a role in a doctors office.

Dr McGraw is excellent. He answers questions completely, diagnoses issues well, treats illness appropriately - not jumping immediately to "heavy guns" - and refers out if an issue needs specialized intervention.
The office staff is efficient, courteous and pleasant at all times.

The office was easy enough to find. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
