Please stay away from this money minded doctor.
1. For my 1st visit: I went to this office for a regular physical and they didn't check my my weight or blood pressure or basic vision. Asked me the answers to fill in the form.
The nurse there couldn't draw blood from my arm, and so insisted on calling the doctor to help her and this ended up with me paying for the doctor's time though I did not see her for anything else / she didn't answer any question. This being a regular physical visit including the regular blood works.
They have billed me for things that were not done / are not included in an annual visit. This cause me to pay $175 for my "free" annual visit which came to $0 when I switched this doctor.
She is too worried about how to add things to your bill than take care of her patients. Please stay away. Her husband, Sam Prasada who does billing for her will charge you outrageous fees for non existing services / testing and there is no way you can prove otherwise.

This physician billed for services not rendered, has been extremely unhelpful with relinquishing the billing/medical records. I will not return as a patient.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They were friendly but inefficient. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
