Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

This is by far the biggest medical scam I have seen. I have serious doubts about Prema Prasad's education and medical practice license. She is running biggest medical scam I have ever experienced. She should be criminally charged. Prema Prasad and Urgi-Med in Randolph NJ should be avoided. Everything is around money and she is biggest liar and I have ever come across. I am disgusted.

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No. I still haven't talked to them.
