Horrible experience. the receptionists are rude and lack any knowledge in you or your childs need. It took 3 weeks to get a person to answer the phone and when they finally did the receptionist proceeded to diagnosis my daughter and who she should see without ever consulting the doctor. I was told that my daughter should be seen only by the nurse practitioner and when i explained i was referred by another doctor to see Dr. Vates specifically, she hung up on me. No idea how the doctor is but his taste of office personal is horrible. Find another doctor and office that cares.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.
