worst doctor.This doctor is all about the money and not the patient. They refused to give me my medical records which is illegal!PLEASE NEVER GO HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CHILD!!!!

I just realized that most of child of my friends are patient of Dr. Annie Li, she is really friendly, even my elder child is 20 years old, she wants to stay with Dr. Li until her pediatric age over at 26 years old.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

THE WORST DR I HAVE EVER INCOUNTERED!!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional, racist, greedy, liars! If you are not Chineese they dont give a crap about you. Plus they will talk about you in their language in front of you as you will hear your name in their conversations. They were charging co pays to me for well visits. I had to call my insurance and sure enough they were commiting insurance FRAUD!!!! they were claiming my daughter had diseases which she did not to claim more money from the insurance company. They refused to give me my medical records which is illegal! It was a huge battle to finaly get them. I never received more attitude from a receptionist in my life not to mention being hung up on numerous times!! I was refunded my co pays that they were illegally charging me only for them to ask for the money back!!!!!!They also violated my HIPPA privacy rights. Dr. Ann Li was discussing my daughter and my medical choices with her receptionist which the receptionist slipped up and asked me about a choice I had NEVER discussed with her...only the Dr!!!!! This is just a quick thought I have of this office!!! If I could give it negative stars I would!! PLEASE NEVER GO HERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CHILD!!!!

I thought it was strange that they didn't want me to get a second opinion ever. In fact, they got upset when I said I wanted to. It made me question their motives. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.
