The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

dr. condon is extremely hard to get a hold of. you need to call atleast 2 weeks in advance for an appointment or youre going to run out of the meds that help you function.. and OOPS "sorry we cant fit you in or call in a script to a pharmacy for a few pills to tide you over.. even though i prescribe you the SAME medication EVERYtime you visit, for the last 3 years."
i will say however, i very much enjoy seeing dr condon when i do make an appointment, although most times she seems slightly frazzled, overworked, and rushed to get to her next patient, she is incredibley kind, understanding, and really does want to help. if youre in pain, she is the dr to go see. in other words, you dont feel like ur talking to a cop when youre trying to get pain medication. shes not dumb, she knows why youre there, and if youre in legitimate pain, this is the woman who will help.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
