I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

This doctor is horrible. He says he is in network with your insurance and then sends you a huge bill. Then when you call the office the staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Do NOT go to Dr. Vinod Kapoor, you will regret it. If you still decide to go make sure you get a receipt for your co-pay because later they will claim you didn’t pay that amount! Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. You have been warned, they are just there for your money not to help you. Very Sad.
