I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
