They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were really fantastic and performed a virtually pain-free eye examination.
