My reason for choosing this provider was to be able to get early appointments so that I could get to work early and not lose hours. The doctor was very late as I found out she goes to the hospital in the morning. So much for morning appointments. I do like the doctor and have her full attention. She is personable and outshines the rest of the staff.
The waiting room could be cleaner.

Josephine, the receptionist is always rude and gives you short, snappy answers whenever you call. I'm treated as if I shouldn't be calling and bother her if I do. They schedule your appointment for you to arrive 15 minutes early and then take their time calling you in. Total wait time for the first appointment of the day is 20-25 minutes. I waited 3 months for an appointment for an annual physical just to be rushed through it because the doctor came in late. The doctor never looks you in the eye but stays glued to the computer screen while speaking to you. While the medical assistant was taking my blood, she was chatting about her personal life to another staff member. I don't know about you, but I'd like her to be paying attention. Needless to say my arm turned black and blue. I would stay away. They have good intentions, but there's something amiss here.
