The wait time was definitely more than 30 min everytime we visited .
The doctor did take the time to answer our questions but I felt she scared us for little things instead of reassuring that things would be fine, given the fact that my child is perfectly normal and does not have any serious problems. I felt on couple of occasions the doctor was frustrated and angry and was not very poliite to us. I also did not appreciate she talking about other docs not reading and not making a correct diagnosis.
They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit. I am glad I changed my doctor.
