I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

I had to have emergency wisdom tooth surgery to remove all 4. Needless to say, I was caught off guard, and nervous after hearing a ton of horror stories. Dr. Kurtz was wonderful! I would never want to go to another surgeon to get a tooth pulled! His bedside manner made me very comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. The surgery itself was quick and painless. I only had to take advil (I literally had no pain!) The only thing that was uncomfortable was my jaw, but that is typical. Dr. Kurtz is the absolute best you could find!!!! A+++

I felt comfortable immediately after walking into this office. I had an abscessed tooth and had an hour drive to get to the office... The dentist and his assistant were very attentive to me and took care of my tooth right then and there without causing me the inconvenience of examining the area first and then rescheduling the procedure. Each time I called the office with a question following treatment I was put on hold for a short moment and my concerns were addressed right then and there during that phone call without having to wait for a callback. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and the visit was definately worth the drive!
