Report on Dr. Mark S. Milner M.D., F.A.C.S. & his Staff.

I went to five eye doctors for Dry Eye Syndrome before meeting with Dr. Milner. The other doctors could diagnose my problem but didn’t have the experience to help me with it. Dr. Milner has over 25 years of experience.

I truly thank God; I walked into his office. But I am not his only patient with severe problems. He works with many patients who come to him with lack of vision, disease, and pain.

His support team that works at the Eye Center are top professionals and easy to work with. Rakyia the Phlebotomist who makes Serum Tears doesn’t even hurt you when drawing blood. Sara who took me to my room likes to joke a little. Myra the receptionist is always good at trying to accommodate my difficult schedule and Marissa, Dr. Milner’s scheduler is also a top notch professional and they always return my calls.

I live about an hour from the Hamden office but I feel his level of expertise far exceeds my drive or wait in the waiting room. If you have a problem with your eyes he will work with you to get your specific problems resolved. If you have a bit of a wait, please know he’s working with a patient having problems and you will get his full attention and expertise when it is your turn. He is really worth it and you’ll be glad you did!

After waiting 3 hours both times I visited I realized this was commonplace. He shows a complete disrespect for people's time and health. He was so,rushed he missed the fact that I have two chalazions in my left eye, not one. Then his office did not return three of my calls asking for the duration I should take an antibiotic.
