Dr. was dealing with a dementia patient and showed no empathy. He had to draw fluid from her knee and never tried to distract her or have her assistant distract her. It felt like he was annoyed when we asked questions and the appointment felt rushed. Poor bedside manner. He may be good at what he does, but get 0 stars for personality.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
