They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness.

Dr Metzger is an excellent OBGYN, but his office staff is horrible. They give constant attitude, you are felt like a bother to them and they are always rude. When asking aquestion, their response is always criticism. I prefer bypassing the staff if I can and working with Dr. Metzger. If you want a fabulous doctor who is extremely generous and truly concern for his patients then hes the guy. If your looking for decent staff members, then definitely turn somewhere else. Worst group of "prefessionals" Ive ever dealt with in an office.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
