great doctor, but a little miffed they closed their Cheshire office while simultaneously making the decision to stop sending out appt. notification card. I had a feeling I was overdue for my appointment and tracked the new office down, but they should let patients know before the phone line is disconnected.

In terms of my experiences in the office, Dr. Metzger is wonderful, but the people working the front desk/answer the phones are often unpleasant. They can't even tell me if I have a co-pay or not, then bill me the next week.
