My mother has gotten two procedures done and we are fairly impressed by them. My only issue is that on all of our appointments we have always arrived on time or at least 5 minutes early and have ALWAYS had to wait. On one occasion, my mother read the appointment card incorrectly and we were running 10 minutes late. 2 minutes from the office, I called to tell them that we would be there shortly and they told us to reschedule. REALLY!! We have always had to wait and we were told to reschedule! If it was not that my mother still needs to see him, due to the front desk personnel, I would definitely not return.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

Dr Block is a good guy and very professional. He trained with my former vision service provider in NYC. At the office, they went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
