I thought he was so sweet. Even though I was just there for hair removal, he took the time to perform a pelvic and breast exam and took his time doing it. I felt rejuvenated when he finished with me.

simply awful. The Doctor appearance and manner were so unprofessional that I thought I was in the presence of a scam, a faux doctor. A couple patients before me did come out alive, although shaking their heads, so I stuck around, hoping to recoup my Groupon cash. Let's just say that this was by far the worse experience I have ever had in a physicians office. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, go to Dr. Tory Westbrook.

They did not offer any information, asked me to sign a release. Did not ask if I had any questions or explain laser or the procedure. I was not positioned properly on the table which added to the pain from the procedure. I was not informed the procedure would be very painful. I had an appt, but waited well over an hour each time, it's handled more like a drop in. Sign in the order you arrived, and wait. I called before I booked any appts, to be sure that the problem would be resolved within 3 treatments he offered on Groupon. After 2 treatments there was no noticeable difference. I called 3 times over several weeks, and got a call back on the 3rd attempt and he advised me not to come in for the 3rd treatment and to contact groupon to ask for the full amount to be credited back to my account.
