They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate (in New Haven) at the time. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. He saved my life in knowing his own limitations and when to say I need to consulte with the best. He did just that when a dermatologist sent me to have a "cyst" on my face removed and since dr. Goodkind already had removed a mole he was my #1choice, but when the prociedure began he knew, and I quote, "this is not a cyst and I need an expert". He took a sample and sent it too the best at Yale then Harvard. I had a rare tumor and now I am reminded daily how thankful I am to him for that. As for the dermotologist and the doctor who removed the tumor that's something else.,

As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell that David J Goodkind, MD was very respected by all the nurses and the staff. I immediately knew I was under the care of a kind, caring doctor. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
