I called Dr. Fisher's office after hours for a call back from the Dr. On call because I needed a prescription fast. I left a message and Dr. Fisher called back quickly. Because the ringer on my phone was off, I missed his call and immediately hit "call back" while a message was being left. Dr. Fisher answered and was EXTREMELY agitated. He spoke to me in an intense and condescending manner, saying "let me explain something to you- you don't EVER call a physician's home!" I explained that I had hit "call back" and there was a misunderstanding. He felt the need to berate me for an entire 6 minutes. When I finally apologized AGAIN and asked if he could help me, he said "sure - why don't you tell me what your big emergency is. Why you have to call me at 11:00 at night."

The call lasted 13 minutes, mostly consisting of him telling me, in a didactic manner, how to treat a physician.

I have dealt with Dr. Fisher before, and was very satisfied. But, this phone call exhibited poor judgement. Intense emotion, illogical argumentation, and not a lot of great care.

Disappointed.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
