Since Dr. Nima Patel visited me in St Francis when our daughter was born to the visits with either Dr. Patel, Dr. Warren and Susan, APRN, it has been an on-going, wonderful experience. Our daughter is now 4 1/2 yrs old. We feel so comfortable with everyone there; they are attentive, knowledgeable and always have our best interest. Hands down the best pediatric office in the Greater Hartford area! Thank you! :-)

Dr. Patel was great with both of my childrento 3 years of age. Her brother, who handled the front desk, was very courtoeus and friendly. However, when Dr. Patel later added Susan Szymaszek, APRN to her practice the quality of care when down hill. I found Ms. Szymaszek to be very rude and abrassive. After two appointments with Ms. Szymaszek, I no longer wanted to bring my children to be seen by her and transferred to another pediatrician.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Dr. Patel and her staff have been taking excellent care of both my daughters since they were born. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and are always available to them if there's a problem, and actually take time to call themselves if they see anything in the child's chart that causes them concern.
We have been very happy having this practice take care of our children.
