It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I have never had a tooth pulled before but have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. When I was referred to Dr Saunders for a broken tooth (that I previously had a root canal on) to be pulled I was very nervous. His office staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. His equipment seemed very new and up to date from what I have seen at other places. I would highly recommend this Dr!
