I don't have any complaints about the doctor himself, BUT his receptionist, who happens to be his wife, is infuriating!!!! She hardly ever answers the phone, so you have to leave a message any very rarely do you even get a phone call back the same day, even if you ask make a point to ask that they "please call back as soon as possible." Plus she will not let you talk to him EVER! The last time I called (for my husband- who had been sick for several days) was on a day that the office wasn't opened. I explained the situation and asked that the doctor call right away Thurs. morning. In the meantime, my husband wound up going to the ER after I had paged the doctor, with no response! He got his call from her, not the doctor....at 5:30 Thurs. evening, 20 hours after my first call.
