One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
