I found Dr Taylor to be very competent and caring. He is a bit more expensive than my Optomertrist in Florida which was surprising.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, their selection of frames is limited...

Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
