She is very caring and listens to and hears my concerns. She treats what bothers me, offers suggestions and/or solutions to any problem or concern I have. She has offered referrals to other health care providers, when needed. She came highly recommended to me so I left another practice to see her.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt immediately better after my appointment and it continued. She are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Everything was professional, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I called for an "emergency" appointment (first visit) and they called me back with an opportunity for pick up someone else cancellation! They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. She came highly recommended by neighbors and friends, I will go back to her.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of.
