Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health.
