Doctor is great but.... Receptionist and medical assistant have no patients with kids and seem to be in a bad mood often. Would rather have some one warm and fuzzy with children on her team!!!!! Then I'd say 5!

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

My children have been Dr Alla's patients since infancy. She's a wonderful caring pediatrician who prides herself on always being there for your child. I called her often at night when my oldest was a newborn!

Yes she often has a full waiting room, especially during sick season but she spends the time required for every child. She will also will see your child that morning if they wake up horribly sick. Or if they're sent home from school sick.

I got an appointment quickly. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Dr Alla is very nice however I dont think she took my concerns about my childrens health seriously, forcing me to find a new doctor.
