The receptionist is rude. Not just once but every time I have called this office. They make an error and it is on us to pay for it smh. Not very proffesional at all.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to push to get an appointment as they would not give me any renewal meds for a later appointment. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, I had been there multiple times before. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They answered my questions and spent time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I would like to be able to call and reach Dr. Tucci without havng to spend days on end going through the staff personal. They never answer the phone and I always need to leave messages that they never return! I'm never sure if they speak to him and relay messages at all!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment.
