Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
