My 15 year old son is a patient of Dr. Ohri and I was satisfied with him that when I had a baby this past May, I choose Dr. Ohri to be my baby's pediatrician as well. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. The office staff is rude. They have closed the office with no notification to patients with appointments on those days. My little one had pneumonia and Dr. Ohri told me to wait to see the "on call" doctor the next day because he was leaving for the day. Needless to say, I took him to the ER to be seen. I have been questioning a skin issue since he was 4 weeks old and Dr. Ohri just told me it was nothing to be concerned about, then told me it was eczema. The on call doctor that I had to see after my son's ER visit for pneumonia instantly recognized the signs of a food allergy to the baby's formula as the skin condition! At this point he has been suffering for 7 months!! And the office is constantly closed. This week alone it has been closed 3 days out of 9. SERIOUSLY. Why practice medicine if you DON'T have time to see your patients!! Now I can't even get them to release my child's records so that he can be seen by a different pediatrician.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SEEING THIS DOCTOR FOR AN INFANT. EVER!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return.
