I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't seem overly happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. It's a bit confusing on how to find the optical center inside of the Sears store. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, there weren't many to choose from

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Could you buy glasses at your optometrist's practice?
Yes, I bought a beautiful new pair.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
