Do not waste your time or money in going to Diane Todd at Nauset Optical. After 10 years as a patient I went for a final check-up with Ms Todd since I was moving out of state...seven visits later and two prescription adjustments I have a pair of glasses that I cannot use for reading or for driving and I am out $450.00. These people do not care about their customers and give every excuse why they cannot correctly prescribe and deliver a usable pair of glasses. This was all in addition to the pair of glasses they sold me husband which had the lens fall out once...then after "fixing" it the lens fell out a second time while he was driving a moving van across country.

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Todd is an excellent optometrist -- very thorough with everything that an OD is supposed to do! HOWEVER, do NOT buy your lenses here. The company that sells lenses hires Dr. Todd to come in, but they clearly make their money selling lenses which are very overpriced. Instead take the very accurate prescription that Dr. Todd will write for you, walk out, and buy your glasses or contacts somewhere else.
