Dr. Lerner is excellent with children and with adults. He helped my 5 year old pick out a pair of glasses that suited her face and made her feel comfortable and even excited while doing it. I, myself, have also always had an excellent experience going in there for my own eyeglasses. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the enviornment is really positive and relaxing. They have an excellent selection and are happy to help you make your choice.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, the'll fix them right in front of you. No waiting necessary!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Dr. Lerner is a little bit of a weird guy but he gets the job done and is careful to explain his recommendations. The office and instruments could use some updating. The staff was not very clear about what my insurance covered and I found that even though I was told my lenses would be thinned they still came out very thick.
