They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
The gustappo receptionist cancels appointments unless you do exactly as the dr tells you (never mind letting patient discuss things with doctor first... just get test done... or you can not see dr!)
3 weeks to get calls returned.... very unproffesional staff.... they should be fired or Ruiz' license to practice should be restricted such that she is allowed to work only under proper support personel.
