The office Manager at the Chelsea office was very knowledgeable and took the time to put me in great glasses. I get so many compliments on them. The doctor was very professional...knows his stuff. I recommend the office highly.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Worst billing department I had to deal with in my life, they don't do their job and don't care about it.
